Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company goals and objectives.
  
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee life cycle management from hire to retire.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks such as performance appraisals, training programs, and talent development initiatives.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
