Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

SkySun is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and drive a positive employee experience. If you're passionate about people, compliance, employee engagement, and HR strategy, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle onboarding to exit formalities
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Handle grievance resolution and employee relations
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliances
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR policies
• Maintain HR records, MIS, and documentation
• Coordinate with management on performance management, audits, and policy implementation
• Handle employment-related legal documentation and compliance matters

What We're Looking For:

3–9 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and Indian labour laws
Experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, and POSH compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a US process or night shift environment will be an added advantage
