Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in human resource management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment management principles, including talent acquisition and retention best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., vendors).
• Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making about workforce planning, budgeting, etc.
