Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Professional to manage our day-to-day human resource operations and drive talent acquisition. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our company culture, managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, and supporting various HR initiatives to foster an engaged workforce.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and HR policies.
• Handle employee records, attendance, and HR operations.
• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
