Job Description
Own end-to-end HR for our Kolkata office: bulk recruit primarily for telesales candidates, PF/ESI/PT compliance, attendance, reviews, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Drive retention and a high-performance culture in a sales-led setup.5+ years HR experience in bulk hiring with BPO teams or in Factory HR role. Strong grasp of labour law, PF/ESI/PT compliance, and payroll. Kolkata-based. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
