Job Description

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management, to support branch business goals. It involves partnering with stakeholders for workforce planning, driving performance and engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. The position requires strong leadership, a data-driven approach, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

  • Lead and manage the TAG team to ensure timely closure of hiring requirements across all branch functions.
  • Design and execute effective sourcing and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and recruiter productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to recruitment governance, process compliance, and quality hiring standards.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs and support effective workforce planning.

2. Talent Management Group (TMG)

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Drive Performance Management System (PMS) processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to execute CSR initiatives and branch-level HR communication programs.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies, statutory requirements, and compliance standards across the branch.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to branch leadership and functional heads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Coordinate with regional and corporate HR teams to align branch HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed business decision-making.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to drive performance.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of HR operations, processes, and policy frameworks.
  • Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Brings a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity, empathy, and confidentiality in all HR practices.
