Role & responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Hire skilled manpower and manage induction programs.
• Employee Benefits: Administer health, insurance, and welfare schemes.
• Vehicle Management: Oversee company transport, driver schedules, maintenance, and fuel usage.
• Canteen Management: Ensure hygienic food services, vendor coordination, and employee satisfaction.
• Attendance & Payroll: Monitor shifts, overtime, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce labor laws, workplace safety standards, and conduct audits.
• Training & Development: Organize skill enhancement programs for workforce productivity.
• Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and maintain workplace harmony.
• Authority Implement HR policies and procedures across departments.
• Approve employee benefits, leaves, and welfare schemes.
• Enforce discipline and compliance with company rules.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for smooth operations.
• Authorized to recommend promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
