Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment - White and Blue collar both
2. Joining and Exit formalities
3. Conducting background and recruitment checks.
4. Payroll - Excel and software both
5. Filing of PF/ESI challans.
6. Leave and Attendance Management.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Able to handle the entire recruitment process from joining till exit.
2. Candidate should have experience into Non IT hirings.
