Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee data management.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing necessary documents on time.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related issues and provide support for performance management initiatives.
  
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions and train employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to employees' personal details.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role or equivalent industry experience.
  
• Strong understanding of HR administration, compliance, and generalist activities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
