Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive Payroll & Administration

Company: PM Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (OPPO)

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune


Job Summary

PM Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage payroll operations and general administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual salary calculations, payroll processing, statutory deductions, and office administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Perform manual Attendance, salary calculations, including earnings, deductions, overtime, incentives, leave adjustments, and final payouts.
  • Prepare salary sheets and, leave records, and shift details before payroll processing.
  • Calculate statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and other applicable deductions.
  • Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll discrepancies.
  • Ensure payroll records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

2. General Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and facility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, courier services, and office supplies.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and other administrative support activities.
  • Monitor inventory of office stationery and consumables and ensure timely procurement.
  • Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) vendors and service providers for office equipment.
  • Maintain administrative records, vendor invoices, and service agreements.
  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities and internal events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, and Administration.
  • Experience in manual salary calculation and payroll processing is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of statutory payroll compliances and HR documentation will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and manual salary calculations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
