Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT), payroll administration, employee engagement, HR operations, and reporting. In this role, you will serve as a primary touchpoint for employee queries while ensuring smooth HR workflows, maintaining accurate employee data, and driving talent acquisition across technical and non-technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT)
- Sourcing & Screening: Source candidate profiles across IT (software engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.) and Non-IT (sales, operations, marketing, admin) roles using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), social media, and internal referral networks.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process: job postings, resume screening, initial phone evaluations, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate pipeline tracking.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department leads to define job specifications, understand technical stack requirements for IT roles, and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, and conduct exit interviews and exit clearance processes for departing employees.
2. Payroll & Compensation Administration
- Attendance & Leave Management: Track employee attendance, leave requests, shift rosters, and Loss of Pay (LOP) calculations using HRMS software.
- Payroll Processing: Collate and process monthly payroll input data, variable pay, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance details (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS).
- F&F Settlements: Prepare and process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees in coordination with the Finance department.
3. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
- Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement team-building activities, monthly/quarterly engagement events, wellness programs, and festival celebrations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Rewards & Recognition (R&R): Coordinate R&R programs, such as Employee of the Month and spot awards, to boost morale and retention.
- Feedback Loops: Conduct pulse surveys, analyze employee feedback, and recommend actionable engagement strategies to leadership
4. MIS Reporting & HR Operations
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee master records, personnel files, and compliance documents in HRMS/Excel.
- MIS Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR MIS reports including headcount summaries, attrition rates, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill (TAT), and recruitment funnel analytics.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Keep leadership informed through regular updates on recruitment status, payroll summaries, and operational HR metrics.
5. Employee Relations & Query Management
- Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for daily employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave balances, payroll queries, benefits, and HR processes.
- Grievance Handling: Facilitate transparent communication between management and staff, addressing employee concerns or disputes promptly and confidentially.
- Policy Compliance: Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Gender: Male (Preferred)
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA HR), or a related field.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role handling both technical (IT) and operational (Non-IT) hiring.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
- Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, Darwinbox).
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data charts) for MIS reporting.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment terminology and tech stacks alongside Non-IT hiring frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT), and payroll processing mechanics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of empathy, active listening skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
