We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team at Ethical Den. Freshers are welcome, but candidates with some practical HR exposure will be preferred.

Experience:
6+ months of HR internship experience OR 1+ year of relevant work experience preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. This is a fundamental requirement.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee communication, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
