Talen Acquisition & Stakeholder Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Insurance business roles across multiple verticals.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality talent within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

Sourcing & Candidate Management

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and market networking.
• Screen profiles and assess candidates based on role fitment, competencies, and organizational culture.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further assessment rounds.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Recruitment Operations

• Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and external recruitment partners for critical hiring mandates.
