We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support payroll, attendance, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Organize employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 0- 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidate currently residing in Bangalore/ Hyderabad /Pune will be preferred.
- Passion for people management and talent acquisition.
