Human Resource Executive - German Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR processes while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Assist in employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit).
• Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, BBA, or a related field.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
