Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and performance issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract, retain, and develop top talent through effective recruitment practices.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and development.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
• Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, management, and retention.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to performance management, disciplinary actions, etc.
