Were growing !! At Bitla Software we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team in Bangalore.
If you have a strong background in driving HR strategies for Sales & Support Business Units and excel at managing remote regional teams across India, we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Align HR strategies with business goals for Sales and Support Functions.
- Employee Relations & Grievances: Proactively resolve employee grievances and champion a healthy workplace environment.
- Performance Discussions: Drive robust performance management and appraisal discussions.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement impactful engagement initiatives tailored for distributed teams.
- Regional Team Management: Remotely support and guide teams spread across various regions in India.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6+ years of core HRBP experience (Sales & Support BU exposure is required).
- Location: Bangalore (Involves ~20% regional travel).
- Remote Leadership: Proven track record of managing/supporting multi-region teams remotely across India (Mandatory).
- Languages: Multilingual candidates preferred (to effectively connect with diverse regional teams).
