REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

The ETL Informatica Specialist will be a critical member of our ITES team based in Noida, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and support of our data integration environment. This role focuses on Level 2 production support, where you'll monitor production systems, address issues, and coordinate with various teams to maintain operational stability.

Description

- 6-9 years of experience in ETL Informatica-based solutions, with hands-on troubleshooting expertise.
- Strong experience in developing frameworks and custom workflows using ETL, Shell, or Python scripting.
- In-depth product knowledge of Informatica version 10.5 or above.
- Proficiency in deploying and maintaining custom ETL frameworks in a production environment.
- Strong command of Linux command-line tools and environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting, while also working independently.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment, demonstrating strong learning and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production systems to ensure performance and stability, addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with L1 monitoring teams and L3/vendor teams to restore any system faults.
- Resolve trouble tickets by addressing day-to-day customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and network teams to resolve operational and functional issues.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from various teams, providing expert support and guidance.
- Analyze logs, resolve issues, escalate as necessary, and suggest alternative approaches to problems.
- Automate health checks and extract performance metrics data to improve operational efficiency.
- Deploy change requests on production environments, ensuring seamless system performance and ITIL compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
