Job responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily last-mile deliveries.
• Assign delivery routes to delivery associates/riders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of shipments.
• Track delivery performance and resolve delays.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and hub teams.
• Handle customer escalations related to deliveries.
• Monitor failed deliveries, RTO (Return to Origin), and reattempts.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Manage delivery executives' attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Optimize routes to reduce delivery time and cost.
• Work closely with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
