Hub HSE and Sustainability Specialist - BU SV (APAC)

- Risk management & hazard identification
- Incident investigation & root cause analysis
- Environmental management (waste, emissions, water, ESG)

- Oversee Scope 1, 2 and 3 for HUB APAC
-Oversee trainings on EHS topic
- Plan and conduct IMS internal audits
- Drive Energy, Water conservation and waste management for HUB APAC
- Adhere to HSE and ESG vision of Hitachi Energy Sustainability / HSE policy and Sustainability
- Review and report of compliance and Risk Management (Internal, Process and External Audit)
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communications (Collaboration both internal and external stakeholders)

- Take up new initiatives in the areas of HSE and Sustainability
- Team engagement during events/special days and department administration work

ISO and Sustainability - Lead implementation of:

1. ISO 14001 (Environmental)

2. ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)

3. ISO 50001 (Energy Management)

4. Always Ensure audit readiness (internal & external audits)

5. Drive closure of non-conformities, CAPA effectiveness, and continual improvement

6. Integrate Sustainability & ESG initiatives into business operations:

7. Energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management

8. Carbon footprint reduction initiatives

9. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and corporate sustainability requirements

10. Deliver strategic initiatives assigned by top management (e.g., sustainability commitments, net-zero roadmap)
