Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE training programs for employees at cement plants, construction sites, and other industrial settings.
  
• Develop and deliver training materials on topics such as EHS regulations, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
  
• Provide refresher courses to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with management teams to identify areas of improvement in the organization's overall health and safety performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, course completion rates, and assessment results.
