Job Description
1. To deliver Safety Trainings at Client place
2. Stationed at one manufacturing plant for a minimum of 36 months duration
3. Sound experience with processing industry and Trainer and Asssesor competencies.
I. Responsibility and Authority
- Good Communication and Mentoring skills
- Have sufficient exposure with Health & Safety trainings in the form of delivering versatile topics which benefits Processing / Manufacturing plant
- Willingness to shift to Client location for a period of minimum 12 months
- Work experience with processing industry / manufacturing plants
- Already experienced in training management staff till contractor level participants
- Domain subject matter export to provide afront solutions
- Good track records with participants and stakeholder feedbacks
- Adopting to contingency methods to enhance training objectives at plant level
- To scale up participants skills / knowledges with good
- Creative to introduce new training methods to coach participants for better safety behaviors at plant
- Passion to transform training mechanism into safety performance of participants whom he/she train
II. Education and Experience
1. Minimum 6 years experience as Trainer and Auditor with Health & Safety Domain
2. Preferably engineering graduates or Science degree
3. Professional qualifications from International and Domestic boards
4. Qualifications on key critical activities of Health and Safety for eg., Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height and others
5. Language proficiency with Hindi, English and other regional languages
