15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Battery / Pharma or chemical Manufacturing industry. -Safety qualified person from a Govt organization e.g. RLI/CLI, approved course or State approved safety courses. To develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations, minimize risks, and promote a safe and sustainable workplace. Planning effective training for employees, Analysing the effectiveness of workplace safety procedures, Keeping workplace protocols in alignment with health, safety and Environment legislation, Hazard identification and control, Investigating workplace incidents
