Responsibilities

• Inspect PPE usage, scaffolding, excavations, lifting operations, and hot works
• Maintain HSE documentation including permits-to-work, inspection records, and incident reports, on-site
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
• Ensure contractor compliance with HSE regulations and project safety plans
