Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business process for employee engagement, grievance management, PMS & policy implementation by visiting stores/Branch in Maharashtra and Karnataka
- Drive HR Strategy at Branch Level
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Understand employee issues and concerns by enquiring, exploring and reviewing the data provided by the employee and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues through grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive a performance driven culture in the Branch by timely monitoring, review of performance and feedback to the team members
