About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and people strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business while ensuring smooth HR operations, strong employee relations, and a high-performance culture in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Understand business challenges and provide people-focused solutions
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
2. Employee Relations Engagement
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally
- Drive employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
- Foster a positive and high-performance work environment
3. Performance Management
- Drive goal-setting and performance review processes
- Support managers in performance improvement planning
- Ensure continuous feedback and employee development practices
4. Policy Compliance
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
- Handle disciplinary matters and workplace conduct issues professionally
5. Learning Development
- Identify training and development needs within teams
- Coordinate with LD for capability-building initiatives
- Support leadership development and employee growth programs
6. HR Analytics Reporting
- Track HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and attendance
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Provide actionable insights through HR data analysis

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s / Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations roles
- Experience in startup, retail, interiors, construction, or service industries preferred
