Job Description
Candidate is required to keep control of the senior staff in the entire organization wrt KRA and rating every month.
We have a report which is generated every month by HOD s.
Cross functional suggestions / review need to be taken for the persons behavior and confidential report to be given to CEO.
Recruitment liasoning with HR agencies.
Initial assessment of CV s and interview to be held.
Ensure all statutory compliances are being followed wrt laws for all people in the organization.
Occasional visits to plants.
Male Candidate with an experience of at least 5 years in HR/Admin.
Job involves traveling to our units near Mumbai and Gwalior
