HR Talent Acquisition Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, sales, service, operations, and corporate positions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus recruitment, consultants, and networking

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads

Ensure positions are filled within the defined hiring timelines

Understand manpower requirements from department managers

Prepare recruitment plans and hiring schedules

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates

Provide timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process

Coordinate offer discussions and salary negotiations

Issue offer letters and assist candidates until their joining date

Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience

Manage job postings on career portals, social media, and the company website

Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Coordinate pre-joining documentation and verification

Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees

Conduct induction programs in coordination with the HR team

Maintain employee joining records and documentation

Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems

Update candidate records and interview feedback

Generate recruitment reports and hiring dashboards

Ensure confidentiality of candidate information

Monitor hiring progress against manpower plans

Analyze recruitment performance and recommend process improvements

Provide regular updates to management on hiring status
