Job Description

This is a full-time HR Recruiter role located in Netaji Subhash Place. The role involves working onsite and is suitable for individuals who wish to develop a career in HR. The HR Recruiter will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. They will also play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience of at least 3-10 years in recruitment is required.
• Job Posting and sourcing best talent for the company in the available budget
• Should know how to make Job descriptions.
• Experience in developing employee engagement initiatives and training and development programs for employees.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR regulations in India.
• High level of professionalism and discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sourcing and screening the candidates from various platforms and scheduling interviews of the potential candidates.
• Follow-up with candidates for post-employment reference checks, notice period, negotiations, etc. till joining.
• Understanding Clients JDs and specifications.
• Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.

Qualifications
