Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to fill open roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like [insert specific ATS names].
