Hr Recruitment Generalist

1. Manage the end-to-end hiring process for IT and non-IT positions across the organization.

2. Coordinate with recruitment agencies/vendors for candidate sourcing and placement.

3. Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

4. Coordinate campus hiring activities and manage walk-in recruitment drives.

5. Evaluate third-party recruitment vendors to ensure they follow the companys information security protocols

and ensure that NDA and required agreements are signed before engagement.

6. Manage job postings, recruitment databases, and share weekly recruitment status reports with relevant

stakeholders.

7. Negotiate offers with selected candidates in coordination with the hiring manager and management,

wherever required.

8. Prepare offer letters and share the same with selected candidates along with the required joining checklist.

9. Maintain a vendor-wise recruitment tracker to monitor candidate submissions, interview status, selection

status, offer status, joining status, and vendor-wise recruitment performance.

10. Maintain a vendor management tracker covering vendor details, NDA status, agreement validity, InfoSec

compliance confirmation, vendor review dates, and escalation/compliance remarks.

11. Ensure secure disposal of recruitment records, whether paper-based or digital, when they are no longer

required, in line with company policy.

12. Ensure sensitive recruitment data is encrypted before storing, sharing, or transmitting it.

13. Ensure compliance with the company’s IT Security Framework throughout all recruitment activities,

including candidate data protection, vendor management, document handling, secure sharing of profiles,

and onboarding processes.
