Role & responsibilities

The Hotel Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all hotel departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates while maintaining the organization's recruitment standards and employer branding.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Planning

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
• Prepare and update recruitment plans based on approved vacancies.
• Coordinate replacement and new position hiring.

2. Sourcing Candidates

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
• Source candidates through databases, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus drives.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future vacancies.

3. Screening & Interview Coordination

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
