Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and/or Non-IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Coordinate interview feedback and candidate follow-ups.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and update ATS/CRM regularly.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Publish job postings on various recruitment platforms.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
