Specialization: Non-IT hiring across all departments and levels
Reports to: Head of HR / Talent Acquisition Lead
Experience: Minimum 5 years in end-to-end recruitment
Employment type: Full-time, on-site
Working Days:6 days a week
Role Summary
The HR Recruiter owns end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across all entities of the Virinchi Group. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across functions such as clinical and paramedical, administration, operations, finance, sales and business development, marketing, customer service, and support staff. The ideal candidate is a self-driven recruiter who can manage a high-volume, multi-entity hiring pipeline and reliably close every assigned mandate within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all Non-IT roles across every Virinchi Group entity from junior and support staff to mid-level and managerial positions.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather hiring requirements with department heads and hiring managers across entities; understand role profiles, headcount plans, and timelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels using job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, consultancies, and proactive database building.
- Screen and shortlist: screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates against role criteria.
- Coordinate interviews manage interview schedules, coordinate panels, collect feedback, and keep candidates and hiring managers updated at every stage.
- Manage offers handle salary negotiations, roll out offers, and drive timely closures while keeping offer drop-offs to a minimum.
- Complete documentation, background verification coordination, and support smooth pre-boarding and handover to the onboarding/HR operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data, pipelines, and recruitment status; share regular reports on open positions, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Build and maintain agency and consultancy relationships where required and manage them for cost-effective, quality hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the Virinchi Group professionally throughout the process.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven track record of independently handling and closing Non-IT positions across multiple functions.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience recruiting across multiple entities, business units, or locations is an advantage; healthcare/hospital hiring experience is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), ATS/HRMS tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred

Success in this role is measured by consistent, on-time closure of all assigned Non-IT positions, healthy time-to-fill and offer-to-join ratios, quality of hires, accuracy of recruitment reporting, and the ability to handle the full assigned workload efficiently across all group entities.
