Job description:

Position: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

Experience: 2-5Years

Location: Bhubaneswar

Immediate Joiner Preferrable

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions hiring

2. Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, social media, references and databases.

3. Screen resumes, schedule and conducts interviews, follow up on interview processes, Salary negotiation

4. Tie-up HR consultant, monitor daily recruitment progress and update hiring trackers

5. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

6. Documentation and assist in onboarding activities

7. Ensure closing positions within timelines

8. Ability to meet hiring targets

9. Good MS Excel, PPT and computer skills.
