The HR Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job offer rollout, job description management, organizational structure planning, and people transfers. The role also involves supporting HR business partnerships, succession planning, and providing general HR support to the Qatar HR team. The position is critical to ensuring the alignment of talent acquisition with company objectives and contributing to the development of a robust organizational framework.

The HR Recruiter will work closely with HR business partners, department heads, and the Qatar HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and talent alignment across departments.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or any related discipline.

Incumbent must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and able to relate to other people at all levels.

Proficiency in recruitment platforms, HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a high level of confidentiality.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Offer Rollout
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer rollout process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Job Descriptions & Organization Structure
  • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and updates as necessary.
  • Assist in planning and updating the organizational structure, ensuring it reflects the company’s operational requirements.
  • HR Business Partnerships
  • Work closely with HR business partners to provide recruitment insights and contribute to the development of workforce strategies.
  • Support departments by offering HR consultation on team structures, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Succession Planning
  • Participate in succession planning discussions, identifying key roles and individuals for future development.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to develop internal talent and ensure a pipeline for key positions.
  • People Transfers & Internal Mobility
  • Coordinate people transfers, managing the transition process to ensure a smooth experience for employees.
  • Support internal mobility initiatives by promoting open positions and facilitating internal recruitment processes.
  • HR Support for Qatar Team
  • Collaborate with the Qatar HR team, providing recruitment and general HR support as needed.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives that align with the team’s goals and enhance overall employee experience.
  • Will serve as a backup for ECM Qatar Office employee during their leave period, including the possibility of traveling to Qatar as required

Accountability:

  • Ensure the timely and compliant execution of all recruitment activities, including the accurate and prompt completion of job descriptions, offer rollouts, and reporting.
  • Submit necessary recruitment reports to HR leadership and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with Mannai Energy HSE and recruitment policies throughout all activities
