Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, providing regular updates to HR leadership.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, E-commerce, or service industries.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
