Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, campus hiring, and bulk hiring methods.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitness for leadership roles.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in IT services & consulting industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or leadership hiring in an IT services & consulting firm.
• Proven track record of successful headhunting, campus hiring, or bulk hiring campaigns.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques such as social media platforms, professional networks, and job boards.
