Key Responsibilities
Manage bulk and volume hiring for internal requirements
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates
Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (bulk/volume hiring preferred)
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Graduate in any discipline
Good personality and presentable appearance
- Ready to work from the office
- Fixed monthly compensation: 16K-23K
