Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the HR operations at our Pune location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end HR functions while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and a positive workplace culture.

  • Talent Acquisition Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and final selections. Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
  • HR Operations Compliance Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies. Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops Establishment, etc.
  • Employee Relations Engagement Address employee concerns and provide timely resolutions. Drive employee engagement activities and employee welfare initiatives. Build a positive and inclusive work culture.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in BPO Bilk hiring; experience as HR Manager preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
