HR - Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding. 

 Understand hiring requirements from business leaders and department heads. 

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks. 

 Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

 Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews. 

 Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. 

 Maintain and update candidate databases. 

 Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts. 

 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

 Meet hiring targets and recruitment turnaround time (TAT). 

 Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management.

Job Requirements :

Experience hiring for IT infrastructure positions. 

 Knowledge of sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn. 

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

 Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. 

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
