Role: HR Recruiter(Contractual) - Work from office
Place of posting: Delhi NCR, CP
Profile:-
- Responsible for handling recruitment as assigned.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals.
- Screening candidates, aligning interviews and further follow up.
- Closing positions within specified TAT.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 1 year experience into core recruitment, BFSI hiring preferred.
- Must have experience of handling bulk hiring.
- Experience of sourcing resumes on Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc
