• Candidate Sourcing:Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals
• Screening and Evaluation:Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates
• Manage the candidate evaluation process, including technical assessments and reference checks
• Candidate Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations
• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
• Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to facilitate a smooth recruitment process
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
• Documentation and Compliance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities
• Provide market insights to hiring managers to support talent acquisition strategies
