Job Title: HR Recruiter (1-4 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database.

Requirements:

• 14 years of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other hiring portals.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
