We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / HR Trainee to support our Human Resources team within the BFSI domain.
This role offers hands on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement while working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end to end hiring for BFSI roles (Sales, Operations, Backend, Finance, Customer Service, etc.)
• Source & screen resumes through job portals
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling & feedback with hiring managers
• Post job ads on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and MIS reports
