HR Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Operations professional with hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll compliance, employee lifecycle management, statutory regulations, and HRMS systems while ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
• Prepare and verify salary statements, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and bonus calculations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors for payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Maintain employee records, salary revisions, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Generate payroll reports, MIS reports, and reconciliation reports for management.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, payslips, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data in HRMS/payroll systems.
• Support onboarding, documentation, background verification, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and HR data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and operational efficiency.
