HR Operations & Recruitment Manager (Consulting Business)

Aaditas HR Advisory Pvt Ltd. (www.aaditashr.com) is looking for highly motivated, ambitious HR professionals to join our team as HR Consultant.

Location: Kharghar (Navi Mumbai) - work from office only

Role & responsibilities

• Assisting various officials of Aaditas in handling end-to-end HR activities for clients employees.
• Designing the HR policies and procedures for clients and in the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies.
• Handling queries of clients employees pertaining to policies, leaves, salaries, etc.
• Assisting the CEO in the implementation of various projects like Performance Management System, Accelerated Management Development Plan, Learning and Development Mandates (Training for Clients), or other projects for Aaditas clients.
• To be a part of the Employee Engagement & other training program for clients employees.
• Participating in certain Global level projects of Aaditas with partners or otherwise.
• Working closely and effectively with the Director/CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities of client-related activities & following up appropriately.
• End to end recruitment (sourcing and client management)

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related/equivalent degree.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in a corporate.
• Experience in delivering HR projects for clients.
• Basic understanding of the functioning of the HR department.
• High-level understanding of the Employment laws of India.
• Have a good understanding of Organization policies and processes.
• Basic understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
• Good knowledge of Recruitment practices and techniques.
• Open to travel (within India)
