Hr Operations Analyst

Working closely with the Talent team, you will ensure the seamless execution of the performance management processparticularly focusing on feedback collection, reminders, and the calibration of downward feedback .

In This Role, You Will:

• Support Talent Managers in executing various career development (CD) steps within Workday.
• Run the feedback process in Workday, including the creation, monitoring, and calibration of feedback requests - an essential part of the Career Development and Learning cycle.
• Prepare CD materials and templates for committee meetings and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain and update CD data and reports, supporting robust tracking and analysis.
• Assist in internal communication efforts, creating clear and compelling content and materials to support CD initiatives.
