Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top candidates.
  
• Schedule interviews with selected candidates and facilitate communication between them and hiring managers.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
