The Senior HR Operations Executive will be part of the Global HR Shared Services (HR GCC) team, providing efficient and compliant HR operational support across multiple geographies. The role involves managing key employee lifecycle processes including offer management, pre-boarding process, geo-specific compliance requirements (such as US I-9 verification), onboarding activities, employee movement, query resolution etc.

Preferred Skills-

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration, preferably within a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
• Experience handling HR processes such as onboarding, documentation management, or background verification.
• Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
